Initial Ed-Fi Certified SIS Integration

After deploying IntePort's Ed-Fi Implementation Suite for Azure, districts should work directly with their Ed-Fi certified SIS vendor to upgrade their SIS software version (if necessary) and to initially configure the vendor’s Ed-Fi API integration to the point where accurate data is flowing between the Ed-Fi certified SIS and the Ed-Fi API.

To ensure data continues to flow consistently and reliably after initial SIS integration is configured by the SIS vendor, IntePort offers an optional additional support service to diagnose and advise on data quality and configuration issues that arise within first 90 days after initial deployment.

Initial Ed-Fi Certified Assessment Integration

After deploying IntePort's Ed-Fi Implementation Suite for Azure, districts should work directly with their Ed-Fi certified Assessment vendor to upgrade their Assessment software version (if necessary) and to initially configure the vendor’s Ed-Fi API integration to the point where accurate data is flowing between the Ed-Fi certified assessment system and the Ed-Fi API.

To ensure data continues to flow consistently and reliably after initial integration is configured by the Assessment vendor, IntePort offers an optional additional support service to diagnose and advise on data quality and configuration issues that arise within first 90 days after initial deployment.

Annual Upgrade Maintenance

IntePort offers an optional annual maintenance service for Ed-Fi version upgrade support to upgrade existing customers' Ed-Fi ODS/API instances to future versions of the Ed-Fi ODS/API - including migration of existing data as needed - within nine months or less of the release of new Ed-Fi versions.
